How Sprout's markets, pairings, fees, and ecosystem rewards work — including what's live today and what's still planned.
New markets take root
Sprout is a commodity trading exchange and token launchpad on BNB Chain. Create a token, choose its quote asset, and open a market people can trade through a public liquidity pool.
The pairing gives each market its denomination. A token paired with an oil-tracking asset trades against that asset; its price also depends on demand for the launched token and the liquidity available in its market. Pairing does not guarantee returns or make the launched token redeemable for physical oil.
Our ecosystem connects market creation with tools for traders, holders and communities:
- Launch: create a market and receive its applicable creator-fee allocation.
- Trade: review executable quotes and the characteristics of the pairing asset.
- Harvest: collect eligible rewards across markets in one place.
- Root Check: inspect the facts behind a market before participating.
- Community Greenhouse: voluntarily support new creators through disclosed grants.
What is available?
Direct PancakeSwap V3 launch infrastructure is available; SPROUT-holder dividends (paid in BNB) are planned but not yet live — see Fees and ecosystem rewards for the current allocation. Harvest is planned; Root Check and Community Greenhouse are upcoming. Each feature's section above explains its status.
Your idea. Your pairing. Your market.
Choose a name, symbol and supported quote asset. Review the launch parameters and confirm the creation transaction.
Launching creates a PancakeSwap V3 pool and places the launch token's supply in a single-sided liquidity position. The public pool provides price discovery from launch, without a separate graduation step.

| Bonding curve + graduation | Sprout |
|---|---|
| Trades against an internal curve until a market-cap target | Trades directly against a real PancakeSwap V3 pool |
| Migrates ('graduates') into a DEX pool later | Is live in its DEX pool from block one |
| Liquidity ownership can change at graduation | Liquidity position is permanent from launch |
Before confirming a launch, review:
- Token supply and opening price, including the reference used to calculate it.
- Quote-asset address, exposure category and market-condition status.
- Pool fee and the market's creator allocation.
- Initial token inventory and actual quote-asset liquidity separately.
- Creator address, pool address and relevant permissions.
An opening valuation is a pricing parameter. It is not money raised, collateral backing, or a promise that the whole supply can be sold at that value. A permanent liquidity position can still run out of active liquidity on one side or fall outside its price range.
Launch parameters
SproutFactory.launch(name, symbol, quoteTicker) creates a market in one call, without a separate commodity deposit or prior approval for that call. There is no protocol launch charge; BNB network gas still applies. Subsequent trading may have its own approval requirements.
Each launched token starts with 1,000,000,000 tokens deposited into a single-sided PancakeSwap V3 position. This is the launch-token supply, not a disclosure of SPROUT's own supply. The pool fee is 1%.
For example, consider a launch with a $4,500 target opening valuation. With one billion tokens, that implies an initial price of approximately $0.0000045 per token.
If the quote asset references gold at $4,370 per ounce, the factory converts that dollar price into GLD units and the pool's tick parameters. Choosing another supported quote changes the denomination, not the target opening dollar valuation. Tick rounding can affect the exact result. The administrator can change the target for future launches, so review the actual transaction parameters.
Two routes to commodity exposure
Sprout plans to support existing collateralized commodity assets where suitable integrations are available, and synthetic references for selected exposures without a suitable existing asset.
Existing collateralized assets
Asset pages will distinguish issuer collateral claims from independent verification and show the source and date of each disclosure. Support for stocks is a later, separate asset category: stock-token ownership and shareholder rights depend on the instrument's legal structure.
Specific issuers and supported token contracts will be announced before these integrations become available.
Synthetic references
A synthetic asset references an external price without necessarily giving ownership of the underlying commodity. Its reference, settlement mechanism and available reserves determine the exposure and exit conditions.
Our current synthetic model uses a price feed and managed liquidity around a reference. These coins do not provide independently collateralized commodity exposure.
An oracle supplies a price; it does not supply the funds required to honor gains in that price. We are reviewing the backing and settlement architecture for future synthetics. Current reference coins do not offer guaranteed redemption at the reference price.
How our synthetic engine works
GLD references one troy ounce of gold, WTI references one barrel of crude oil, and COP references one pound of copper. Adding collateralized assets will not change the backing or rights of these existing reference coins. Consult the live commodity catalog for supported tickers and addresses.

Each current synthetic has a PriceFeed entry and a PancakeSwap V3 pool against the asset labelled BSC-USD. PegEngine places protocol-minted inventory on the ask side and a bid funded by the BSC-USD it holds. The permissionless sync(ticker) operation removes the existing liquidity walls, trades the pool toward the reference target, and places replacement walls around it. The pool address stays the same.

This is managed reference pricing, with actual execution dependent on funds and market conditions. It is not a physical redemption right or a funding mechanism for gains in the underlying reference. Separate pool addresses alone do not establish that reserves are segregated per commodity. A verified reserve-segregation specification is not yet available.
BSC-USD in the current commodity layer and BNB in the SPROUT dividend program are different asset roles. Changing the reward currency does not automatically replace the quote asset in existing pools.
Follow the fee
Our ecosystem allocation is:
| Destination | Share | Intended recipient or use |
|---|---|---|
| Creator earnings | 40% | That market's recorded creator |
| SPROUT Buyback | 30% | Budget for purchases of SPROUT — swapped for BNB, then SPROUT, then burned |
| SPROUT Dividend | 30% | Eligible SPROUT holders, paid in BNB via claim-based rounds |
| Total | 100% |
For an illustrative 100 units of eligible income, the budgets are 40 for the creator, 30 for SPROUT Buyback and 30 for SPROUT Dividend. This example does not establish a wallet's earnings or a dividend rate.
The allocation totals 100% of eligible distributable income. On-chain today, only the 40/60 creator/treasury split happens automatically — the 60% treasury share isn't further divided into the 30/30 buyback/dividend budgets until treasury deposits into SproutBuybackAndDividend.sol.
Creator earnings
Creators receive 40% of eligible distributable fee income generated by their own market. The allocation is paid to the recorded creator address, in whatever the market is quoted against — a commodity coin, USDT, or BNB.
SPROUT Buyback
Allocation, conversion, purchase and final token disposition are separate steps. Our buyback reporting will distinguish reserved, spent and remaining funds, with transaction references. All SPROUT that has been bought back will be burned. Not live — SproutBuybackAndDividend.sol has no funds and no announced address yet.
SPROUT Dividend
SPROUT Dividend is not live yet. 30% of eligible distributable income is earmarked for eligible SPROUT holders, to be paid in BNB — not USDC — through claim-based dividend rounds once SproutBuybackAndDividend.sol is deployed and funded.
Eligibility is based on holding SPROUT, without a staking requirement, as of a disclosed snapshot block. Dividend amounts depend on eligible income and each holder's entitlement under the distribution mechanism. The 30% allocation is a share of income, not a 30% yield on a holder's token balance.
The distribution-contract address (SproutBuybackAndDividend.sol) and detailed eligibility and settlement parameters are pending publication here. Dividends are claimed via a Merkle proof against a per-round snapshot, not swept to holders automatically. No fixed payout frequency, minimum holding amount or time-weighting formula is specified on this page.
Distributions depend on realized income, successful conversion and settlement. They are not fixed interest, a guaranteed yield or ownership of the company.
Collections and reporting
Our reward reporting will track eligible fee collections, creator payments, SPROUT Buyback allocations and SPROUT Dividend distributions separately. Each executed payout or purchase will include a transaction reference.
For example, 100 USDC-equivalent of eligible distributable income allocates 40 to the creator, 30 to SPROUT Buyback and 30 to SPROUT Dividend. Creator earnings may be paid in-kind; expressing the example in USDC-equivalent does not require converting every allocation into USDC. Actual amounts depend on collected assets and execution costs.
Allocated, claimable and paid amounts represent different stages. A buyback allocation is not an executed purchase, and accrued dividends are not necessarily ready to claim.
Participate in the Sprout ecosystem
Our fee model allocates 40% of eligible distributable income to the market creator and 60% to treasury, budgeted 30% toward SPROUT Buyback and 30% toward SPROUT holders as SPROUT Dividend, paid in BNB. These are separate budgets: buyback allocations do not form part of the dividend pool. On-chain, both legs currently move as one combined treasury transfer at fee-collection time — the 30/30 split happens when treasury funds SproutBuybackAndDividend.sol, not automatically per collection.
Hold SPROUT, receive SPROUT Dividend
The BNB distribution program will base eligibility on holding SPROUT as of a disclosed snapshot block, without a staking requirement. Rewards vary with eligible income, conversion and settlement; holding the token does not establish a fixed return.
The exact distribution-contract address (SproutBuybackAndDividend.sol), earning periods, balance measurement, exclusions and settlement schedule are pending publication here. See Fees and ecosystem rewards for the allocation and Harvest for the planned reward inbox.
Token details
The following details are pending publication. Do not treat a launch token or an infrastructure contract as the official SPROUT token based only on its name.
| Detail | Status |
|---|---|
| Official SPROUT contract and explorer | Pending publication |
| Chain and token decimals | Pending publication with the official contract |
| Total, maximum and circulating supply | Pending publication |
| Minting, burning, freezing and upgrade permissions | Pending publication |
| Allocations and recipient wallets | Pending publication |
| Vesting contracts, cliffs and unlock schedule | Pending publication |
| Treasury addresses, holdings and committed obligations | Pending publication |
| SPROUT Dividend | Planned: 30% of eligible distributable income, paid in BNB — not yet funded |
| SPROUT Buyback | Planned: 30% of eligible distributable income |
| Governance rights | No governance mechanism announced |
The one-billion-token supply used for market launches is not a statement of SPROUT's supply. Contract permissions, supply and vesting information will be published separately for SPROUT.
Treasury and buyback reporting
We will distinguish treasury balances from committed rewards and buyback budgets, and link executed transactions to their funding allocations. An allocation is not an executed purchase. Buybacks do not guarantee price appreciation or confer company ownership.
Your rewards, gathered in one place
Once available, connect a wallet to see where each reward came from, its earning period and its state: estimated, accrued, claimable or paid. An estimated or accrued amount is not necessarily ready to claim.
Claim eligible rewards in-kind, or request a quote to convert them into a supported asset. Conversion previews show output, costs, price impact, expiry and minimum received. Conversion depends on available liquidity; the original reward remains available if an optional conversion cannot execute under the chosen limits.
Harvest is designed to let small rewards accumulate and combine claims without requiring you to sell each reward. Final accumulation thresholds, batch transaction behavior and failure handling will be published before release.
Know the market you are entering
The panel will cover:
- Creator address and attributable holdings, with the limits of wallet attribution.
- Holder concentration, separated from pool and protocol inventory.
- Executable quote depth and price impact at stated trade sizes and timestamps.
- Pairing asset, exposure model and reference freshness.
- Minting, administrator, upgrade and liquidity-withdrawal permissions.
- Applicable fee schedule, earned rewards, settled payouts and transaction history.
Unknown and unverified fields stay visible. A deployer balance alone does not prove total creator ownership; multiple wallets can belong to one person. Root Check presents these facts separately rather than reducing them to a safety guarantee.
Established communities help new ideas take root
Each grant will disclose the sponsor, contribution source, recipient, amount, purpose, milestones, payment schedule and conflicts of interest. Its terms will explain any escrow, cancellation and return of unspent funds.
There is no extra holder tax and no new token issuance for this program. Grants will be committed only against available funding. For example, a creator choosing to contribute 20% of their 40% fee allocation contributes 8% of the market's eligible fee income—not 20% of all fees.
Participation is optional. Sponsorship does not guarantee returns or establish that a sponsored market is safe. Contributions come only from the sponsoring creator's own earnings and do not reduce other participants' reward allocations.
Know the contracts you use
Sprout runs on BNB Smart Chain mainnet, chain ID 56. The registry below lists our launch and commodity infrastructure. Explorer links identify contracts; their inclusion is not an audit certification.

The official SPROUT token and reward contracts will be listed separately when their details are published. Infrastructure contracts are not the SPROUT token.
Administrator permissions
PriceFeed, PegEngine and SproutFactory each have a single administrator. Administrative handoffs use transferAdmin followed by acceptAdmin. This two-step process does not make a contract immutable or establish multisig control.
| Component | Authority | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| PriceFeed | Administrator can replace the authorized price writer | Future references depend on the selected writer and its data policy |
| SproutFactory | Administrator can change the opening valuation for future launches and treasury destination | New-launch parameters and the recipient of treasury collections can change |
| PegEngine | Administrator can tune ask inventory and withdraw commodity LP positions to the admin address, including through a two-step recovery process | Commodity liquidity has administrator withdrawal powers |
SproutFactory has no function to withdraw or alter an existing launch position. This restriction applies to that launch position, not to the separate commodity pool managed by PegEngine.
An administrator who can replace a price writer can influence future reference updates even without directly editing a previously written value. Review both direct permissions and dependencies when assessing a market.
